How to Technology ensures sustainability
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a process and not an end in itself. Through this process, the building travels with it and is developed from the wishes, needs and requirements of the client (concept phase) to an optimized virtual building (design phase) to a perfectly functioning building (exploitation phase). This process is in full development, whereby all kinds of smart connections are being realized between BIM and the simulation, calculation and monitoring tools.
